Q. How do I make a reservation?

A. Click the “Reserve” button at the top of BobsParking.com, then select the type of reservation you are looking for either nightly/monthly. Once you have clicked on the type of space you need, it will bring you to the info page on your selection. Read the “4 Easy Steps” listed on the page and then click the “Click Here to Book Now” button at the bottom .


Q. I booked my reservation, why haven’t I received an email with my gate code?

A. Our system automatically sends you an email within minutes (to the email address you listed) once the reservation and payment are completed. If you have a Gmail account, the auto-send typically goes to your “Promotions” folder and not the main inbox. Other email providers may also send it to a spam folder, depending upon your settings.

Note that your Order # is not your gate code. Your temporary gate code is located on the email you receive just below the type of space.

Q. I have booked my reservation, but I don’t remember my password. How do I get into my account to make changes to my account, book another space or cancel my monthly reservation?

A. If you created an account when you made your reservation, your username will be the email address you entered and the password is private and made by you when setting up your account.

A. If you have forgotten your password or aren’t sure if you created an account when you made your order, just click on the navigation bar on the top left of the page. Then click “Login” on the menu and just below the “Username” and “Password” boxes, you should see two links. One for “Forgot My Password” and another to “Create Account.”

If you are sure you created an account, you can click “Forgot Password” and the system will ask for the email address you used when making the order, and allow you to send yourself a password reset link. If you need to create an account, you can do so by clicking “Create account” and completing the account setup.
